I am an experienced technology leader that has managed teams through team expansion, software refactoring, belt-tightening, fundraising, exits, acquisitions, and integrations.

I have served as Chief Technology Officer for multiple organizations leading teams of software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

I am comfortable in the board room and comfortable rolling up my sleeves with software architects.

My work inside and outside of the office has included:

• Building live event software that has powered world-class experiences like Burning Man, MoMA, and the The Daily Show
• Authoring popular open source libraries that have been installed millions of times
• Helping drive the strategy and integration for multiple acquisitions
• Having my data analysis & visualizations published in the Washington Post & NPR
• Managing, developing, and mentoring large software engineering teams of full time employees as well as onshore and offshore contractors
• Serving as an advisor and board member to tech companies
• Scaling up the team, tooling, and processes of a machine-learning and data SaaS product
• Creating an app & curriculum to teach programming children in underserved communities
